My name is Dan and I’m proud to be the founder of Just Right DJ Service. With over 18 years of experience as a professional DJ I’ve performed at clubs, bars and festivals across Vancouver Island, building a deep passion for creating unforgettable musical experiences.
However, my journey hasn’t always been easy. For many of those years I struggled with addiction and by 2021, I found myself on the brink of homelessness. That year became a turning point. I made the decision to change my life and got sober. It wasn’t easy but through hard work and determination I was able to reclaim my passion for music.
In 2022 I had the opportunity to DJ a friend’s wedding and that moment changed everything. I discovered a new love for creating magical moments on such a meaningful day. From then on I dedicated myself to specializing in weddings. combining my love for music with the joy of helping couples celebrate one of life’s most cherished milestones.
Today, I’m HONOURED to bring my experience, resilience and passion to every wedding I’m a part of. ensuring each couple has the perfect soundtrack for their once in a lifetime day.
